- Enjoy variety in your schedule, with 12 days and 3 night shifts per month
- Only servicing one hospital
- Duties include admissions, rounding and discharging patients
- Open ICU - 8 beds
- Each hospitalist manages an average of 12-15 patients per shift
- Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers
- Employment with 2 year shareholder track
- Annual salary of $326,924
- Benefits and 401k retirement with matching after one year
