Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Sunday - Thursday (Need to be dual registered in Echo and vascular)

Weekend Requirement: Rotating - depends on how many techs are on the unit. Need to be flexible

Holiday Requirement: should expect to assist with call

Call begins at 5PM, staffing 7 days/week. Rotating call schedule among all staff. People are able to trade shifts to take more or less. Approximately 2 shifts/week.

Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No, unless there is intraoperative experience (not floating, just working in OR instead of unit)

Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: vascular and cardiac cases

Must be registered in echo and vascular ultrasound & able to perform both (will cover both echo & vascular ultrasound on shift)

EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use - McKesson (reporting echos & vascular studies) Muse (EKG software); Sonography equipment is Phillips.

Required Certifications: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE) Verification

*ALL RTO needs to be in at the time of submission. NO RTO will be approved after candidate is presented to facility.

Scrubs provided - teal, scrub order form sent with placement paperwork & given on 1st day at facility
